Refund Policy

At KHO Care, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    • The product must have been used correctly and for its intended purpose. This includes using both the wash and cream products together, twice daily—once in the morning and once in the evening—for at least 14 consecutive days.
  2. Proof of Use:
    • The consumer is required to provide evidence that the product has been used according to the recommended instructions. This must include:
      • Documentation showing that the product was applied as directed.
      • Images that clearly show the progress of healing at various stages, with at least 25% of the healing process documented.
  3. Discretion of Refund:
    • Refunds will be granted at our sole discretion. We will assess whether the product’s performance did not meet expectations due to issues with the product itself or due to factors unrelated to our product, such as the quality of work or conditions provided by the consumer’s tattoo artist.
    • If it is determined that the product was used correctly but failed due to external factors (e.g., improper tattoo care or artist’s work not meeting industry standards), a refund may not be granted.
  4. Exclusions:
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Claims that do not include the required evidence, or that are submitted outside of the product’s usage guidelines, will not be eligible for a refund.
